A WDT (Weiss Distribution Technique) stirrer for espresso preparation. Eight 0.25mm stainless steel SUS304 needles penetrate and redistribute coffee grounds in the portafilter, eliminating clumping and channelling before extraction. A dosing ring in three sizes keeps loose grounds contained during the distribution process.
